I know it says not to give context, but I think it’s useful to at least say what my approach to taking pictures is. I listened to a Daily Jay on the Calm App which reflected on our tendency to see everything through our phones. The tip to avoid this was to leave your phone in your pocket for the first 15 minutes of any event you attend or trip you take. Doing this can help you take a more mindful approach to what pictures are important. Since I started doing this I have taken fewer pictures and have made the ones I have taken more meaningful.
