A Series of Tasks
Tell us about your morning routine.
My mornings are now far less focused than they were when I was working. When I was going to London 4 days a week, I got up at around 6 and had a cup of tea, got ready for work and left the house around 7. I was never ready to have breakfast so I didn’t eat until mid morning at work.
Now, I have a series of tasks that need to be done. I get up at more varied times than I used to but I generally don’t have anyone else getting up for at least half an hour. I have started to read books every morning before my phone is switched on in order to ease myself into the day. Sometimes I read social history books as part of an effort to reflect on various aspects of ongoing learning. I will generally prepare breakfast for my wife and if she’s going into the office I will do her packed lunch. Along with this I do my yoga and my Bullworker exercises. Some mornings I don’t follow all these tasks and I know I don’t have any real excuse, but I am trying to be as focused as possible.

I can’t believe how much difference it has made to my flexibility and my overall health just from 5 to 10 minutes a day. I have a series of 6 exercises which are incredibly effective. I definitely recommend it 😊
